In fact, this dedication to quality lead us to be the first cookie company to remove all trans fats from our products in 2004.

I 've eaten these cookies since I was a child in the 60's growing up in a small prairie town. My Dad had a grocery store and I'm sure that I ate him out of his stock of Windmill cookies more than once. These are the perfect cookie. They are crispy, spicey and have a very satisfying flaked almond topping. Simply the BEST.
